First Call for Preneed Cases

Overview

The First Call screen can record information collected for Pre Need cases. When a Pre Need case is selected, the First Call screen will only show Pre Need type fields. Any typical At Need type fields, such as death date/time, etc are set invisible and will not show on the screen. Also, "Decedent" labels are renamed to "Beneficiary" to reflect that a Pre Need case is being viewed. See Pre Need for Family Planner, for a brief video on this functionality

 

For a Pre Need case the following sections display on the First Call:

 

Clicking the "New First Call" button at the bottom of this screen enters an At Need case. This is existing functionality.

 

The following First Call sections and fields are not visible for Pre Need cases:

These sections are only available on an At Need Case.

 

Note: Access to the First Call screen is not available for Miscellaneous Sale Cases.
